Community charter

Our commitment
GoDigit is a place for honest conversations between young people and digital professionals.
What we expect from everyone
- Be kind: there is no such thing as a silly question.
- Tell the truth about your background and experience.
- Declare your interests: if you sell a training course, a product or a service, say so.
- Never ask a member for money, contact details or photos outside the purchases offered on GoDigit.
Communities
- A community's owner sets its rules, within this charter. The owner and the moderators approve requests and posts, remove or ban members, and every decision is recorded in a log.
- What is sold in a community must match what is advertised.
- A community that does not respect this charter can be suspended by our team.
Protecting the youngest
- No account before the age of 13.
- For a minor, a parent's consent is required.
- Nobody can write to a minor, except their parents and the adults their parents have linked to them.
- A minor appears under a username and a sticker, does not see communities reserved for adults and never pays themselves.
Reporting
Any content, profile or message can be reported. In an end-to-end encrypted conversation, "Report and send" gives our team a readable copy of the conversation, without notifying the other person. The team commits to reviewing every report as quickly as possible, and first those that concern a minor.
