Delete my GoDigit account

In the app

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Delete my account", then confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in on go-digit.org.
2. Open "My account", "My data" tab.
3. Click "Delete my account", then confirm.

What is erased right away

• Your name, username, email address, phone number and date of birth.
• Your profile photo, sticker and interests.
• The links with your parents or children.
• Your access: nobody can sign in to this account any more.

What is kept

• The references of your payments, without your name, because the law requires us to keep accounting records.
• Posts and messages you already sent stay visible under the name "Deleted account". You can delete them yourself before deleting your account.

Deletion is permanent: a deleted account cannot be recovered.

Can't sign in any more?

Write to us from the Contact page with your account's email address. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
